§  Management of employee and package take-on - importation or data entry;

§  Implementation of interface to payroll, where required;

§  Proof EFT disbursement processing;

§  Provision of customised and new reports, where require - extensive reports libary available;

§  Assistance with group presentations where required;

§  Assistance with processing the first live run - prior to payroll processing time;

§  On call for second live run - at payroll processing time;

§  Post implementation review and signoff - another satisfied client!;

§  Phone or on-site support besides regular contact to ensure use of the system is maximised;

§  Update release at least twice annually for automatic database and system upgrade of the latest FBT, superannuation and tax parameters - no data entry, plug-and-play upgrade
