New to salary packaging or making the transition from another system or service, SeQoya provides the following services to ensure a smooth implementation.
- Agree implementation plan with identified milestones - it takes 5 to 8 days for a 500 employees complete deployment;
- Provision of a generic salary packaging policy, where required;
- Assistance with benefit identification and benefit provisioning where required, particularly packaged cars (novated and associated lease) - fleet discounts, quotation and reliable responsive service;
- System implementation, configuratioon and deployment;
- Package Modeller training and Administration System training;
- Management of employee and package take-on - importation or data entry;
- Implementation of interface to payroll, where required;
- Proof EFT disbursement processing;
- Provision of customised and new reports, where require - extensive reports libary available;
- Assistance with group presentations where required;
- Assistance with processing the first live run - prior to payroll processing time;
- On call for second live run - at payroll processing time;
- Post implementation review and signoff - another satisfied client!;
- Phone or on-site support besides regular contact to ensure use of the system is maximised;
- Update release at least twice annually for automatic database and system upgrade of the latest FBT, superannuation and tax parameters - no data entry, plug-and-play upgrade
